Above all, you should enjoy your meals…and when you do eat – your focus should be on eating and enjoying that life’s pleasure and nothing else.
When you listen to the wisdom of your body it will tell you what you should eat. For most of us, we may have lost touch with that communication. In addition, it will signal you when you’ve had enough food. Staying conscious during eating, and only focusing on eating will allow that signal to grab your attention. Body hunger is completely different from head hunger.
